The media could not be loaded. Great quality, quantity GREAT RESULTS. I’ve been using Kaya for 7 months. I see a big difference in using this product. TODAY, I take one in am and the other pm. When I first began I started with one a day. I had some strong bowel movements in the beginning. But This is just the product working. I now take two daily (I do not take two at once because it will have you go to rest room.) Now that I’ve incorporated this in my daily life it has helped me to make better food choices. I eat more vegetables now than ever and I’m able to digest foods properly and dispose when the time is right. I highly recommend this product it is one that if you have digestive/gut issues or even brain fog it is here to support, not to mention I have less anxiety I’m more active and it has helped me in my weight loss journey.

This product has been helpful for regulating my blood sugar. I take 1 capsule in the morning, and 1 in the night before bed. After getting lab work on Monday, August 12th, my lab report showed a fasting glucose of 76. Usually I am higher. These berberine capsules are easy to swallow, no hypoglycemic side effects and affordable. I will definitely purchase more.

I have to admit, I bought this as a possible option to get off of Metformin. With anything on the supplement market, take precaution and use as recommended. I take methodical care of myself and my diabetes (type 2). I exercise five times a week. I eat reasonably well. I try to stay away from stress. That's all a good start. The Metformin helps. But, I worry about the long term usage. So, I tried this supplement. While it did take a good two weeks for things to start even out, I do feel better about my choice. My numbers are steady and everything seems to be well with my situation. Of course I am still eating right as much as I can, exercising and trying to stay stress-free. That all is a part of the treatment and not just this supplement. Consider me a happy buyer of this!

I've used this supplement for a few years now. Best Berberine supplement in my opinion. Keeps my A1C within normal limits and aids in maintaining a healthy weight.

I first tried this 2 months ago because of the great reviews here. I noticed within the first 2 weeks that I wasn't as hungry especially in the evening. My energy level increased and I started losing weight - not much 4 lbs but that's a big accomplishment for me. I ran out of this a week ago and I'm hungry all the time and no energy - I'm ordering more right now!! I'm 68 for those of you who have stubborn post menopausal weight hanging around like I do.

I like the idea of this, but doing so many things (exercise, Keto, fasting) that I can't define this as to it's effect.When I can experiment and determine it, I'll update
