These chili peppers are nuclear I purchased them to make some enchilada sauce, I boiled them with onion and garlic in some chicken stock, a little bit of kefir lime leaf a little cilantro and then pureed it and strained it. An amazing flavor but I instantly ran to grab milk because oh my God the heat level on me is nuclear!!! Be careful a few of these goes a very very long way. I poured half of what I created into a different pot and then I cut what I was working with with two large cans of tomato sauce and half a bottle of tomato juice and it was still spicy!

Peppers are exactly what I was looking for. It was time to make some Chinese hot oil and I've used chiles arbol forever... They are hot, especially in the concentration I use. I have a bag and a half left over for the next gallon... If you like it hot, these are your chiles.

I can think of so many uses for these and with the heat they have will last quite a while as a little goes a long way. They have a good aroma with a hint of the heat they carry. First thing I did was a make great chili infused oil and add a little to what ever oil I am using when frying something, really spikes up a fried egg. I also made a salsa base to which I can add other ingredients to make different types of salsa. I do wish they were dried better as they are to soft to be crushed. I'm getting low on my crushed chili so will try drying some in the oven. Over all I have had better (due to drying) but am happy with the value these have.

I thought these chilies were very good. They had quite a bit of heat, which I like. They were also very reasonably priced compared to what I pay locally. I did notice almost all had dried stems which had to be individually removed before use........ maybe that's why they were priced so reasonably. I didn't mind the stem removal and will purchase them again when needed.
