Great taste, easy to fix, enough to fill that empty belly!
OMG, where have these delectable noodles been hiding? Perfect portion (with a bit of tofu, of course, at least for me), the soup base is a little bland, but the black chili oil kicks it up a notch (or 3). No need for soy sauce, So easy, 4 minutes in it's own bowl, and the noodles are perfect! I have subscribed! Nongshim is a great noodle company, love their other noodles, too! Try them, you will like them!

Great Tonkatsu Ramen, esp for the price!
I bought these because they are a Nongshim Tonkatsu item and I love Nongshim products. This is cheaper than the Nongshim Tonkatsu I buy at Costco and definitely worth the buy. The difference is the black garlic, which I actually don't like, so I just don't put it in my ramen. It's as good as the ones I get at Costco and I have my own chili oil that I add for heat. Will definitely keep buying!

Very tasty
I've bought this 3 x by now and go through it too fast because it's really tasty. My Costco only carries the spicy version which is burning hot and not so tasty even if you limit the heat. So I will order this again.

Good quality
Came well packaged and not expired. Not going to say anything about taste because that's relative/subjective; however, the quality is great.

Not worth it.
The items arrived with their lids already opened. The noodles were thin, which made the dish feel less filling. The broth had a decent flavor, but it lacked strength regardless of the amount of water used.

Bland, soft noodles
Not really sure what I expected. Bit pricey, but I figured they'd probably be worth it. I don't know if it's just me, but the noodles are so.....soft. I follow the instructions, specifically for the 'al dente' they have on the package. 3 1/2mins in a 1000W microwave. I have a 700W microwave, so I figured four minutes would be fine. Too soft. Did 3 1/2 and it was still too soft. I don't understand if there's something wrong with them or if they're just supposed to be that way, but it's quite unpleasant to eat. I prefer my noodles with a bit of texture to them, I don't like when they're soggy and soft. The flavour is also kind of....boring? It's like you're expected to put something else in there to give it more flavour. It's not a *bad* flavour, but given that it's supposed to be garlic....there's very little garlic flavour to it. Very boring, but I'm sure there are plenty of easy ways to spice it up a bit. Soy sauce, fish sauce, sriracha, garlic chili oil, etc. That said, it's still quite bland if you make it their way. Very confusing considering the flavour pack has quite a bit of seasoning in it.If you like this particular bowl noodle, more power to you. If you haven't had them or just thinking of picking them up as a curiosity, I'd probably recommend passing on them. The shipping was fine, everything came through perfectly, the actually bowl noodle itself is the part I don't much care for.
