VIZIO 32 inch D-Series HD 720p Smart TV with Apple AirPlay and Chromecast Built-in, Alexa Compatibility, D32h-J, 2022 Model

I am replacing an older Vizio 32 inch tv with this one. The older tv was used almost exclusively on an antenna and after four years of service when we tried to connect it to the household network it worked fine but because it was an older model, all functions were slow and awkward. Finally I couldn't stand it and bought this new version of the same TV and what a remarkable difference. It just sort of leaped out and grabbed the household wifi and from then on most of the set up was automatic. Also once installation was finished, the use of the control for changing programs or modes was so much faster and easier than the earlier model I wish I had made the change sooner. Usual high quality Vizio video quality and the sound is excellent and in our use there is no need for added volume as this is mounted in the kitchen. I really like Vizio and the way this television operates. We will be using this strictly with Internet streaming and will discontinue the old antenna entirely as we live in a fringe area for over the air tv and there is no cable service here at all. For our purposes and I suspect for most people's needs in a basic sized tv, this Vizio 32 inch is highly recommended.

Got this for my bedroom and it works great. It's pretty easy to navigate, and the remote comes with a closed captioning button that makes my life so much easier than trying to go through the settings of every app for captions. It's also very lightweight and I was able to get it set up on my own despite being physically disabled. It needs a little assembly, as the feet have to be screwed on.I'm not super happy about all the app choices. I watch Twitch pretty regularly, but it's not an option in the app store. It also doesn't have a web browser app which is VERY annoying, since I can't go to the browser to watch Twitch or look for other third-party apps. If all you want is television/movie streaming it works great.

I will never purchase a TV again from Amazon or Vizio. The customer service is horrible when the TV stops working. I tried to get it returned to Amazon. They said their days had passed for me to get it returned to them. I purchased it on October 25 And it stopped working on December 22. I was then redirected to Vizio. She had me do the check on the TV. We spent about 30 to 45 minutes doing this. Unplugging it plugging it back using the remote we did all those things she had me go find the manual turn off and turn on. It’s so far in the back I couldn’t reach it because I can’t hardly walk , I told her I had to use a wheelchair or walker to get to the TV because I’m non-amatory. You would think she would have some understanding about that. Oh no. She said in order for me to return the phone I’ll get some service I had to go through the walk-through and try to see if I can get the TV to work. I called the bureau of business and I registered a complaint about Vizio and their poor service. I told her I still had the box to the TV that I would return it and its original box. They are the worst company in the world and Amazon service has gone down the toilet. I’m thinking about not doing any more purchasing with Amazon either.

I bought this for my bedroom to set up on my dresser and it's the perfect size and the picture is always great and crisp the sound is great and the ease of setup was on point!
