Firstly, I am moving away from pills and capsules as I have always doubted their efficacy given stomach acids. Clearly, I am not a medical expert but given the rise of liposomal medicine, it would seem some doctors agree with this viewpoint. I have been on a mission to source nutrients, supplements and vitamins in any which way but the conventional tablets.This product and the range by Naturalma came under my radar. I had previously taken chaga in powder form, but these mushroom powders tend to clump and form hard pieces especially when exposed to air. I purchased 5 products from their range but this Chaga has been my favourite.I take it nearly every morning in coffee, and it does not affect the taste.LIKES-------1. Easy to use and lasts a long time.2. No adverse taste.3. Seems to give me an energy boost and clarity of thought.4. Price is perfect for the volume and quality.DISLIKES----------1. Would be nice to have some literature about the product in the box.2. Packaging of the product was poor and the box was bashed when it arrived.CONCLUSION----------------I was struggling there to find anything adverse about this product. It tastes okay even when taken directly, but I like it in coffee. It is also suitable for children. It has many reported benefits to immunity, anti-viral properties, inflammation, fatigue, heart issues, detoxing the body, anti-ageing and more.One final point to note, is that of the nootropic value of Chaga. This is an emerging area of health, but essentially nootropics enhance brain and memory function. They boost memory, learning and brain function. There may be some brain protection offered by nootropics, as they protect from toxins and minimise the effects of brain ageing.

I love this product.I use it in creams and also take orally.I take lots of supplements so hard to say what improvements this has made, but chaga is a wonderful medicine.I do like this brand, tried to re order but it seems to be discontinued?Pity.Would recommend.

I know how’s smelled chaga but this product is like with out chaga sweet taste like caramelised sirup
