Bought this for my 11yo daughter and the draw weight is perfect for her, some of the tips came off as did parts of the flights after a few shots but super glue sorted those out. I also bought a straw target which again is excellent value for money. She struggled at first to get the arrows positioned correctly so I wrapped a little tape around the string and held it in place with a dab of super glue. It made all the difference and now she's consistently hitting the target successfully. Even though I had to adapt this slightly I still give it 5 stars purely down to the ease it was rectified with super glue and the absolute joy it has given my daughter

This is a tremendously amazing bow i bought this for my son and he has being spending as much time as he can with it i really reccommend this toy bow and arrow and is just pleasure

ELONG OUTDOOR Archery Set Recurve Bow and Arrow SetI remember as a child receiving a bow and arrow set, as well as the many hours of fun that I had with it. Here we have a complete set to get a child started in archery. Although this is a child s archery set, be aware that the arrows are quite realistic and could do some serious damage if not used responsibly. So this may not be suitable for some children. I would certainly recommend adult supervision with this.The bow is made from fibreglass and is 36" in length, it has a draw weight of 5-15 Ibs. The bow has to be assembled but that is pretty straight forward. Along with the bow there are 8 arrows included. The arrows have a solid fibreglass shaft with stiff silicone flights. The tip of the arrow is capped with metal, it has a point but is not a sharp point, although it could do a lot of damage if fired towards a person so only a responsible child should be allowed to use this.Along with the bow and arrows you also receive a quiver, a set of 3 targets, arm guard and finger tab. The targets are a good size measuring 16.9 inches across (43cm).Overall this is a comprehensive archery set which I'm sure many teenagers and kids would love to have.
