One of the clips is too loose. Earring keeps falling off.

** BACK STORY* I have an extremely small and extremely thin ear lobe, I had an earring rip out twice and had to get stitches because of the multiple tears in my ear on one side and a drooping hole on the other. I was very upset that I couldn't wear earrings especially because there are so many cute ones these days.**ACTUAL REVIEW** I LOVE THESE THINGS. They are the first pair of clip-on earrings that don't look like something my grandma would wear but also don't look like I got them from Claire's. (im 22 so i needed a pair that was young and trendy) ...I have bought multiple pairs of both colors! They are just the perfect size diameter a -little on the smaller side- so you look fashionable but not tacky. They are thicker than the average hoop so that dresses it up a lot and makes it look more ~expensive~ There are some complaints that the clasp gets loose, that's true, but kind of expected with any clip on if you're wearing them a lot.... My only complaint is that if you wear them for multiple hours the clasp gets uncomfortable so I started sticking them in my purse until I got where I was going and putting them on in the bathroom! The uncomfortable part could just be because my lobes are so thin though everyone may not even have this problem. I have lost a few here and there when I go out but again that's the price you pay with clipons, they aren't too expensive so I just order another pair and then I have 3 in case I lose another. I definitely recommend buying these if you're like me and want to wear earrings like your friends but can't pierce your ear!

I bought these clip on earrings for a Pirate costume. They fit comfortably enough, and were definitely preferred to getting a piercing just for a costume. They're not too terribly heavy, so you don't really notice when you're wearing them. Assuming you're not imbibing too much grog as a proper in character pirate they shouldn't be easy to lose though. Overall they were much better than the plastic ones I had purchased previously, and even though they took a tumble once before I got them to the appropriate tension, they seem pretty sturdy as well.All and all I would recommend these for costume purposes, I haven't worn them enough in the sun to determine if they tarnish or "bleed" like most cheapo costume jewelry, but I'll update the review if and when that does happen.

I have bought multiple pairs of these particular earrings. Overall I like them. They're sturdy, a good weight and comfortable but I always loose one. We'll today I put them on and within minutes one fell off. Because I was home I could examine the earring. What I noticed on both earrings actually was that the clip was extremely loose. It would not grab on to my ear at all! Really disappointed because they're not cheap. I have spent over $100 replacing them due to loosing one. I missed my return window by 2 days, ugh!!! I won't buy again...
