A great Raclette.
Firstly if you have never had a Raclette thus machine is the perfect start. The cooking capacity is great for up to 8 people. It is easy to use, easy to clean and the design allows you to have a fondue too. While this was a welcome gift for the recipient, it is on my list for my next Raclette.

Great Fun
Love this. It's so much fun. Not for use every day, but on special occasions. Keeps everyone busy and socialising. Children love cooking their own food.

Cheese and wine, what more do you need..
Can’t beat a nice Raclette, and this does the job, time will tell how long the top plate will last, as quite thin, hopefully can get replacement hot plate in future.Easy to use, plug and go.

As expected but difficult to clean
Easy to use but difficult to clean. I had already problems cleaning the device after its first use. Otherwise it does all that it is expected to do. And being able to combine Raclette and Fondue is a big plus.

Good quality product
That fondue/raclette mix is really good, was a bit afraid of the previous reviews where people said it get sticky after first use, been using it 6 times and still not sticky (raclette pans or fondue bowl).Good quality product for that price.

Great cheap raclette machine
Worked great straight out of the packaging. Sure, it’s basic and the materials are a bit flimsy. But it works. So great.

Amazing buy!!!
Family meals are now interesting and this kit really helps you sit around the table for longer.It heats up very quickly and easy to clean. The extra bits (hot plates, skewers and sticks) are good quality and the hot plate is brilliant!Our family have used this once a week now,’mixing from main meals to chocolate fondue! We are going to try a gravy / roast dinner soon.The quality and sturdiness of the kit is great and well Worth the money

Top tray too sharp don't clean or remove without gloves
As a whole I feel a splash back would work better as fat goes everywhere not a good selling point for families also the top tray is too sharp underneath I have cut my fingers every time using it gloves are needed especially when washing
