Not working
Installation team came and done installation after that they start tv but unfortunately TV not started.

Broken Screen
The screen is weak and cannot withstand a simple scratch or a blow like other TVs. If you hit it with a slipper, it breaks immediately. I bought this TV twice and now it is just trash sold as scrap for twenty dirhams. Will the new screen be replaced at the original price? Although it is still under warranty after the agent did not help or even respond or follow up. My advice is never to approach or buy from this company, Nikai.
