Encased charging dick is very easy to use, problem is the cord is lose in the charging dock, it does not stay secured. It should definitely be a tighter connection

It did not come with a 120vac charger but merely a USB-A to Lightening cable. I plugged the USB-A into a 120vac charger and it didn't charge, though the iPhone said it was connected and charging, according to the green battery symbol. I then tried it in a reliable USB-A power source and got the same result. Sent it back via Whole Foods and got an instant refund.

This product is great and very well thought out. The adjustable height of the lightning plug makes it perfect for phones with cases. It looks good and works well.Couple improvement ideas:-add some weightsthe dock is very light and easy to knock over-make the adjustable plug raise a little higherworks great with thin cases but not so well with cases with shock

Really nice dock for my iPhone 7 Plus. Works with some cases (works with mine, but my husband tried to put his iPhone with a little thicker case at the bottom, and it didn't make the connection to charge (even raised all the way up)). But I really like it, it helps to have my desk organized with the phone always in view. When I first ordered it, it didn't come as expected (but it was right around Thanksgiving) and I then I got an email from the seller asking to review it, so I told them I haven't gotten it yet, they said they will ship another one right away, and I had it 2 days later. Not sure what happened to the first one, but it was nice to have a quick resolution.

The flexible charging cable is a plus. The small footprint is a plus. Even charging with my iPhine 7 Plus + case is a breeze. I don't have any problems with the way this charger is setup to charge the phone. So why did I give it 3 stars...instead of 5? Glad you asked...I have tried for 3 nights straight to charge my phone over night...and never got to a 100% on my phone. Last night, starting at 9% charge before plugging in, until just over 7 hours later, My phone was only at 94%! I used my regular charging cable, and was at 100% in less than 15 minutes. Perhaps I received a faulty unit. I'm going to return it.

I have been a loyal iPhone customer since the first generation came out. I buy a new one every 2 years. Recently I bought the 7 Plus. With every iPhone i have ever owned I have always charged my phone next to my bed overnight with an extension cord attached to the phone charging cord dangling down over the front of my nightstand. The cords are very unsightly, but it did the job. I just put up with tangled mess. I finally realized there had to be a better way and started looking for a solution. After lots of searching I decided to get this dock. I compared it to lots of others, but I liked the look and the fact that it had an adjustable lightning connector so my phone would fit with the case. I am very pleased with it. No more unsightly cords to deal with. It looks great and it sets neatly on my nightstand and takes up very little space. I should have bought this a long time ago. I am purchasing another as a gift for Christmas.
