Using it for joint pain again this is a life extension product that I use

These don't have an off putting taste and I think they work well for sleep. I take them about an hour before bedtime and it helps me sleep longer and deeper. I don't think they have helped as much though with muscle aches or joint pain. However I do take them every day in order to sleep better.

Good product worked well to relieve my muscle aches; I will be ordering more.

I regularly use tart cherry supplements for various reasons. I especially like this brand. I think it is good quality and this is one I would definitely re-order again. The pills are small, easy to swallow and have no taste or odor. They do have sort of a cherry color to the powder, which leaves me feeling like it is what it says it is, quite honestly.

This supplement uses the skins of the tart cherry. It is supercharged. This clears gout and other inflamations quickly. For other pain and inflamation I also use Now Foods Turmeric Curcumin. I take 4 at a time. I am not a doctor.

I've used Tart cherry off & on for years, different brands. Life Extension is one of the most trusted in my book. Took my first capsule tonight so I can't really comment fully yet. Will update.

I’ve been taking only 1 a day for gout for over a year. I now eat shrimp, fish, red meat (in moderation), and chicken every day. Before I started taking this, my knee and ankle would swell up if I ate meat two days in a row. I also take a hand full of other natural pills, but the gout didn’t go away until I added this one.
