Great product!
This is a an excellent collagen tonic. I am in my early forties so having this tonic is essential if I am going to try to retain my youth! Lol!It tastes better than most of the other collagen tonics I have tasted and I find I have had more energy, my hair is thicker, my nails stronger and grow really quickly and hopefully it will keep my skin in good condition and stop the wrinkles.I really like this tonic so very pleased I have found it and it’s a reasonable price.

20ml was too rich 10ml perfect 👌🏽
Been using Applied Nutrition collagen drink for years now (am 27) but needed a higher mg and wanted to move to marine collagen as it's better than bovine; more readily bioavailable to the body.This is banging. 20ml was too rich, my body doesn't need that much (few spots broke out) so just dropped it to 10ml and it's perfect. Seems to help me sleep as well (CPTSD)Only thing I'll say is the aftertaste is a bit weird, kinda like plasticky but skins glowing so👍🏽

Collagen works
Having taken Collagen for over a year now I have found it very effective for improving skin, hair and nail quality. This liquid marine collagen is no exception. The strawberry taste however is not that great, could not take this on it‘s own and having tried it like this, the only way it is tolerable now is diluted down into a drink. Even though the intake is still the same I do actually prefer taking collagen neat. It is otherwise tolerable and effective, collagen does work480 ml bottle with a minimum of 24x20ml doses. My own personal preferance is to take collagen a few times a week as it is a supplement and just to make the product last a bit longer to save costs. This bottle was £124.69 (at the time of order) which is a good value option compared to other liquid collagen products I have tried before. Unfortunately, the taste is definitely not for me on this one.
