Awful texture and taste. Needs constant refrigeration.
I couldn’t eat these. I’m afraid the problem is that the fish requires constant refrigeration but they ship it via UPS and the slowest delivery possible. By the time UPS eventually delivered the fish it had a soft chewy texture and white spots on it. Couldn’t eat it. Tried this twice. Each time same problem, except for the time the delivery didn’t even get delivered to my address. I’m sick of trying to get a refund for this and will never order again.

Arrived NOT cold. Thick cuts hard to chew. Threw it out.
It took days for the tracking number to show movement and the package arrived NOT cold.The herring is NOT skinned and is NOT cut into small bite-size pieces the way I grew up enjoying in a jar.It was so unpleasant to eat, I didn’t finish the first serving and threw away all 3 jars.

This item arrived warm. It was supposed to be refrigerated at all times. Would like a refund!!
