I have bought this by recommendation of fit tuber.I have been using market wheat flour product.But this variety is good,feels more soft and tasty.Its worth giving it a try.But I haven't tried other organic varieties.need to look into that.

It's like eating high quality ingredients prepared in poor quality oil.Flour made of high quality native grain but very finely grinded making it similar to maida. Traditional stone milled flour are little coarse which enhances it's nutritional value.
