Wonderful product to have on hand!
I absolutely love how long these stay cool for! It works very well and does absolutely everything that it says it will do. It is so convenient as I am able to walk around with them in without realizing anything is on my head. I do wish more came in the package. The sizing fits my forehead perfectly and it stays cool for about 7 hours. No bad smell or anything!

Works Great!!
I had a headache and this patch was exactly what I needed. It provides the right amount of cool to one’s forehead. The quality is great, it doesn’t smell weird and it really did help relieve my pain. I love how you just peal it, stick it and rest. Super easy and exactly what I needed!

Works in a pinch
These are super handy for when you are under the weather. It does take awhile for them to get cold and they do last a decently long time, but they don't last as long as they claim. I appreciate the option of not having to hold a cool towel on my head only for it to last a few minutes though. I might get this again, overall they came in handy when both my husband and I were unwell.

Thank goodness for these strips. I suffer from frequent headaches and this is a good, non medicated way to get some relief.

Mild Relief, Not Quite Effective
I tried the BeKOOOL Migraine Gel Sheets with moderate expectations. While they provided some cooling relief initially, the effect only lasted about 15 minutes, not the 8 hours advertised.As someone who often deals with migraines, I'm always searching for effective solutions, and this product didn't quite meet my needs. I even shared them with a friend, who had a similar experience.The cooling sensation fades quickly and doesn’t offer much in terms of pain relief. While it's not the worst option out there, I believe there are better and more cost-effective alternatives available.

Amazing cooling
These are the best products I’ve ever purchased. Gives you that little bit of relief what a migraine hits. Perfect for you days you have a fever or a cold. I wear them to sleep all the time and find them still suck to myself hours later.

Handy Alternative
These come in handy for my migraines, if I'm waiting on pain medication to kick in. A great temporary relief/alternative.
