BeKOOOL Migraine Gel Sheets - 4 Count

I had a headache and this patch was exactly what I needed. It provides the right amount of cool to one’s forehead. The quality is great, it doesn’t smell weird and it really did help relieve my pain. I love how you just peal it, stick it and rest. Super easy and exactly what I needed!

I absolutely love how long these stay cool for! It works very well and does absolutely everything that it says it will do. It is so convenient as I am able to walk around with them in without realizing anything is on my head. I do wish more came in the package. The sizing fits my forehead perfectly and it stays cool for about 7 hours. No bad smell or anything!

Got these for help keeping cool while working outside during extreme temperatures. I am female so I put them on my back between my shoulders and my sports bras help keep them attached even when I sweat. I have scoliosis so the placement also helps with my back pain and then I do not have to worry about the smell and no one can tell it is there either. It takes about 10 minutes to kick in but it does work really well for 3-4 hours but then either my skin gets used to the temperature or it slows down and is not as cool as before but I keep them on as long as possible to help prevent heat exhaustion. Definitely makes tolerating high temperatures more bearable. I do live in the desert so it is very dry here and I am not sure how it would work in a more humid environment where sweat doesn't evaporate as fast. Nice little individual packets as well!

I tried the BeKOOOL Migraine Gel Sheets with moderate expectations. While they provided some cooling relief initially, the effect only lasted about 15 minutes, not the 8 hours advertised.As someone who often deals with migraines, I'm always searching for effective solutions, and this product didn't quite meet my needs. I even shared them with a friend, who had a similar experience.The cooling sensation fades quickly and doesn’t offer much in terms of pain relief. While it's not the worst option out there, I believe there are better and more cost-effective alternatives available.

This product has helped me immensely & rather immensely.

This works so good .. I wear it at night when I have a headache.. best to wear it with a scarf over it so it can stay longer .. love love
