With lockdown and post-partum recovery I have been feeling and looking a little lack-lustre. Purchased this along with the bovine collagen powder to give me a much needed boost. After taking a daily capful of this for 3 weeks I have noticed my hair and nails feel strong and shiny, and have grown rapidly. Have gotten comments that my skin is glowing from the inside! Super easy to take as it's in a liquid form, it has a nice fruity taste, could be too tart/sour for some palettes so you could dilute it with hot or cold water or put it in your favourite herbal tea. I just take it neat as I enjoy it like this. This, along with the collagen powder are on my list to re-purchase.

It's too early to know if it will help as only had two days but hopefully! It comes with a measure cup and isn't too bad tasting as a strawberry flavouring added.

I had been buying various fish/marine based liquid collagen pouches as they were very convenient and tasted nice but the costs mount up and all the plastic is a bit wasteful so I decided to try liquid collagen in a bottle. I paid £21.99 in Oct 2023.Quite a few reviews said this had a nice fruity taste. Taste is subjective but I would say this smells worse than it tastes. It smells bovine/beefy but the taste is a mix of bovine/fruity berry but luckily there is no aftertaste so once you've swallowed it it's gone. You could always dilute it or have a drink afterwards. It's much nicer tasting and easier than trying to put powdered collagen in meals or in beverages (I couldn't stomach the taste or faff of doing that) and better value than pouches so I think I can keep up with taking a shot of this a day, it's not too bad once you get used to it. I would recommend giving it a try and see what you think. I haven't tried the marine based version.It comes with a dosage cap which is useful. It's 20 days worth (25ml a day, 500ml bottle). Can't really comment on it's efficacy yet but someone did say my skin was looking good (unprompted) which is a good sign.

Although it tastes disgusting the results are worth it. I have had acrylic nails for a very long time and my own nails are in a terrible condition, however since taking collagen there is a remarkable improvement. My hair also appears to have more body. I am about to tuck into my third bottle.

After purchasing some powder collagen randomly which I felt I saw results with I started looking into collogen and different forms and types. The pro gal one was no longer sold in the shop couldn’t just stick with that and liquid collagen is supposed to be better than powder form so purchase this one. Half way through the bottle and i can’t say I have noticed results in my nails or skin or joints for that matter. Onto the next

I was advised by my surgeon to take collagen a month before surgery as it would help me heal quicker with less scarring. I'm now 3 months post op and am continuing to take it as the improvement in my skin, hair and nails is impressive. My surgery scars are fading and my skin feels healthy. The skin on my face is plump and dew-ey, my hair is thicker and my nails stronger. Collagen is one of the supplements that really does work.

I have been using this a month and have used the bottle. My skin is looking much better and I have been receiving compliments about my skin which I appreciate.Bit of a strange taste but nothing terrible.Shall be purchasing another bottle for sure!Looking forward to seeing results in the next few months as these things take time.I'm 35 and perviously smoked but have quit. I also use bovine collagen to help with skin support as they work best together.It's not a quick fix as are most things aren't but I would say this is worth the price tag.
