Alkalol really dissolves the mucus accumulated in you sinus due to allergy to dust or other environmental agents. Using it daily night and mornings gives the best results. I fill to the half with Alkalol a medium size cup, and then I fill an injector with the liquid to full, (Alkalol not dissolved in water just pure liquid); with my head in back position, I inject half of the liquid in my right nostril and the other half in the left nostril, and then move my head more into the back and to the front, and move it form left side to right side, for three times letting the liquid go to the inside sinus conducts, and the push the liquid out of my nose into the sink; I repeat the same starting with the left nostril. The mucus in the sinus starts to come out from your nose.

I've had chronic sinus issues since my teens. I recently visited an ENT and although I have used a Netipot in the past, he suggest I purchase a NeilMed nasal cleanser bottle and gave me a recipe of 1/2 teaspoon each of salt and baking soda with 2 Tablespoons of Alkalol, which I had never heard of before. To rinse my sinuses twice a day. This process really helps to clear out my sinuses. Although I don't always do it twice a day or every day, I now can do this and whenever and know that it will help. :-)
