This was something you could make your self but it was cheap and well made. Worth it.

Product looks solid and like it should function as stated but it did not come with a carabiner so I have no way to attach the weights. The seller can’t be contacted because it shipped from Ana on so I have to return the entire product to get the missing piece. What a waste.

Tried it out as soon as I got it. Attached a 10lb dumbbell using the straps they include. Easy to put on. The main strap is pretty long and seems pretty strong. Instantly felt my forearms burning as I rolled it up and down. I feel it's a good weight to start with because I wasn't so sore the next day.

5 out of 5 - I did wrist curls FOREVER and saw very minimal effects, this thing grew my Forearm SO much in a very short span of time. I highly recommend this over wrist curls other commonly recommended exercises for forearm and wrist development. Something else that I have used in the past is a Hangboard meant for Rock Climbing conditioning and "The Xtensor" and while they helped in addition to the wrist curls, I can definitively say that this roller is what contributed to the growth and development of my forearms - for context, I am a rather skinny dude and always hated how small my arms were, this helped me be confident and become happy with my body and proportions.

I bought this for my boyfriend’s birthday, he picked it out and he says he likes it for his workouts every once in a while. It works a certain muscle. Good packaging and sturdiness.

The strap is being held in by a wood screw, just wrapped around the threads. If feels cheap, but it does function and seller reassured me it shouldn't break.The "carabiner" is really a quick link. The product manual makes it look much bigger than it is, as if the strap would comfortably fit the link (see how the strap can swallow the quick link in the photo, versus the drawing). It's a very tight fit, but you can force it. It is plenty strong enough for anything you'd use this for.Please watch out for metal burrs hear the middle of it, they can stick you. Mine had a few, they're easy to remove with a file but not something you want to be surprised with as they will draw blood.If you don't mind the downsides of shaving the metal product out of the box, and the cost cutting materials you have to rely on, then it seems to be a good product.Seller was very easy to communicate with. Offered to replace the product when I mentioned the burrs, and made sure to reassure me that my concerns about the woodscrew supporting the weighted strap is totally fine.. Communication alone is worth an extra star.

My son is into working out. Unfortunately he got small bedroom and no outdoor area to work out in so I thought this would be nice for him to have to work out his arms with all weights he has so far. He seems to enjoy it. Easy figure out and small enough to fit in a drawer
