Took me five minutes to download the app, set up two of them and link to my Alexa’s. Really simple to set up and working perfectly. Much better than others I’ve used in the past and they are quite small in comparison too.

Connects really quickly, faffed about to get her who we don't speak of to be able to use them (Alexa) - but when she was connected all was good.They really are fast to turn on/off when commanded.5*

Repeated the installation process over and over, even going so far as to disable security on my 2.4g wi-fi but while the Trust Wi-Fi App found the devices neither would register a wi-fi connection.Moved on to S.O.P. of clicking everything in the App and switched to Bluetooth setup. Alexa shouted out she recognised the device and the Trust App also finally confirmed a successful setup (NB: I'd already enabled the Trust skill in Alexa).Not the greatest build quality and even though the two pack were new in box there were grubby marks on one plug.Everyone likes plug and play tech but these were a faff. That being said I enjoyed the feeling of working through the problem and they do work as advertised. Better documentation and build quality would give five stars but four for now.-Trust Wi-Fi app works-Don't be fooled into thinking you have to be really close to your router-Make sure you have 2.4g Wi-Fi-Use manual setup in the app and change to Bluetooth setup by tapping the switch icon (two half arrows)

Terrible. Glitchy and gave up all together after only a couple of months use.Avoid!

I can't believe that clever technology like this can be bought for such a reasonable price. Purchased 4 to control lights in the house. So easy to set up. The app works well. Plugs are just the right size to sit alongside any conventional ones. Only improvement would be to allow editing and naming of each device inn the app. Delighted with this product.

I use this product to control table lamps using my phone.

Wasn't what I wanted in the end so I returned this item

They work great, until they stop working. I bought a pack of two 3 months ago but now only one works. It’s particularly annoying as they don’t seem to sell singles and the warranty is only 1 month. I wouldn’t rather not buy this product again, but I don’t want the hassle of two different brands. Also, I only need two lights but now need to buy an additional two, so will end up with three.
