Robust components which are simple to install - albeit need a powerful hammer drill to drill holes to accommodate fixing bolts. Looks impressive when assembled and is good value for money!

Great looking hand rail, purchased for my mother-in-law.Looks smart and not like ‘scaffolding’ , as some do !!Like the fact you can adjust the angle to your desired preference, although this needs to be done BEFORE finally screwing into the wall, as this will be permanent.Very sturdy (up to now!)Also good that the screw fixings are included with the product.Some DIY knowledge needed, as well as strength for using a hammer!! Your own Correct size drill bit needed to drill holes into wall and floor.

The fitting instructions leave a lot to be desired. No drill bit size. No clear sequence. The washer position (we think) has to go on the outside, as the head of the bolt would otherwise fit into the countersinking and make it unable to be tightened up. The cover for the vertical upright bolts needs to be fitted onto the vertical rail before the rails are connected and is loose. Otherwise it appears to be a nice product - now it’s up.

I ordered this for my Mother, it comes as a complete kit apart from the tools, I note the instructions say you need to 6mm drill, this is not the case you need a drill suitable for a 6mm anchor bolt. Good solid construction and straightforward to fit.

Purchased for an elderly person who is unsteady down the stairs. See photos for the fitting and how this has made a very sturdy handrail in an exposed area of the staircase. Note also the extra drain pipe clips I added to make it ultra secure against the staircase. Very sturdy product made of high quality brushed metals.

These hand rails are very sturdy. Fitted to aid my elderly parents getting in and out of the front door. Look stylish. Followed the instructions to the letter and I did a great job of fitting them.

The Hand rail was delivered before the estimated delivery date. Great value for money and very well made. They where easily installed. They look really great. Thank you.
