My plant was overwatered and one stem was all mushy with some root rot. If the plant doesn’t recover and the rot spreads I would appreciate a replacement. Thankyou

Packaged well and only sustained a little damage.Size of mine was 30-40cm excluding pot to tips. 6 stems.Even got a new baby leaf on the way.Some spots ( in pics) on tip of 1 leaf. Going to investigate.Have pests, might be an isolated occurance but worth noting

Seems like a nice healthy plant. Was well packed and safely delivered. Its a nice size. Really just need to view the photos.I always use this seller and have always received nice good size healthy plants. I try not to order any plants that I would expect to be in the dormant period. There were a few issues with the plant on arrival, the leaves were a bit sad after packing and on close examination, the plant had thrips. Understandably this is something quite natural with plants, and I am sure with TLC the plant will pick up. Customer service has been brilliant, quick responses and offered full refund or another plant. I cannot recommend this company enough, and will buy more plants from them again.
