It WORKS!!! Better than I thought?So I was having dryer problems and finally came to terms with having to clean the near 40 foot long line, no doubt choked with lint. With great doubt, I ordered this kit and waited for delivery.In the meantime I thought about how to go about this, looking at a few videos. I finally decided the most logical way to clean the pipe was to turn on the dryer on cold, and running the brush through from the OUTSIDE, allowing the dryer to blow any dislodged lint outside, making cleanup very simple. As in NOT in my house!Honestly, I expected a fight, but following instructions it all went much smoother than I expected. Took about 15 minutes of careful but easy work, running the brush back and forth a section at a time, so I wouldn't miss anything.All the lint, a generous pillowcase fully stuffed worth came out of the line. My Dryer now actually DRIES again.I don't often write reviews and I did have my doubts about this one, but I was impressed by just how well this worked!Just remember to ONLY run your drill CLOCKWISE. You may need 2 pliers to unscrew the sections when done as they do tighten up quite a bit.

This works awesome! We use it a couple times per year to keep our dryer running as efficiently as possible. This is a much better value than paying the chimney sweep to do it. It’s simple to use and is available in different lengths to fit your needs. We bought the 50ft as we have a long run to go through. And this gives us a few extra pieces if we need them.

Worked well for what I purchased it to do. I cleaned out my dryer vent. It does have an issue getting around very sharp corners. The length was great. You definitely have to use your drill in the correct direction to avoid pieces coming undone, but if you understand the mechanics, this makes perfect sense. I did use a jar grip to be able to unscrew the pieces afterwards as they were so firmly attached, I could not do it with my bare hands. I did find that it was best to add links as you go because if you build the length you need at the beginning,it is very wonky if your entire link is not already inside the space you are cleaning out.

I had to use a ladder to get a clogged dryer vent. People quoted me 150.00 plus . This was 34.00 plus I invested in tools , the only thing I don’t like is once you drill you need gloves or pliers to ungrip the nut that holds the wireline and the lines itself . But I got this done in 3 minutes , this is my first review this year so this is great and it came overnight , saved me a new dryer which I just bought one . My dryer was overheating and I have a steam dryer and all the water collected in the dryer line , over a gallon in 2 weeks of buying the dryer but I knew it had to be a clog , this was a 5-10 min job , thanks I definitely recommend this product , and I only used less than 6 feet with more to spare .

Wow - if you aren’t sure how dirty your duct is - buy this tool. This will save you from a house fire and help reduce your energy bill. We kept having issues with our dryer needing “extra dry” setting. This tool works like a champ. Pro tip - leave the bit adapter in the drill with one length attached as you go on extending the device length to fit your needs.

It is difficult to remove the links closest to the drill attachment. They become overly tight while using the product.

Worked great. Just make sure brush is tight using pliers. My brush became dislodged inside the vent and took a long time to get out.
