Very good quality for the price, not the easiest to assemble but there were no missing bits & the instructions were good, it has been fired up & gives out good heat

very disappointed as received Item is such a badly damaged state and still have not received my refund after returning item immediately. it has been 4 months since return with no refund to date.

Arrived in 2 boxes instructions were easy enough to follow ,very big BBQ looks amazing ,very sturdy and highly recommend seller and product,value for money

Ive had plenty of bbqs over the years, but this one was greef to put together. The side burner is very awkward to connect up. We spent over 30 minutes trying to line the holes up to screw it into place. In the end my husband drilled the holes out so the screws would fit. The knobs are made of plastic and are very tight to connect .all the items were packed tightly into the bbq drum which has made some dents on the lid because it was packed in to tight........we could not lift up the lid because the items inside jammed it all together...I would not recommend this bbq to anyone.

It takes a while to assemble, however, we are pleased with the end result.It cook d the food really well and all the parts can go in the dish washer, which is easier than hand washing. It’s a toy the drip tray hasn’t got a slot for collecting the fat.

Very shoddy. Not worth the money. Defective panels and awkward, possibly unsafe gas connections.Try something else not this product!Not worth it

Looks amazing and a great price, not hard to put together just need some good weather

Lots of twisted metal. Not sure if happened during transit. Not at all impressed, especially because it’s not that cheap.
