Yoooerlite hunting tool
We used this to go Yoooerlite hunting on the shores of Lake Michigan.

Used in Grand Marais. First time finding a fluorescent sodalite. Also found quite a few fossils with this as well.

Love this light. Great for fluorescent minerals
If you are a rock or mineral collector this is a great light to have. Shine it on your fluorescent minerals and look at all the beautiful colors. Highly recommend this product.

Found rocks other people stepped over with this light
It has decent enough power and the filter helps bring out the orange glow of yooperlites. Others around me were passing by with other lights and this was bringing out the orange colors better. The big drawback is the length of time for charging for me it’s been 16 to 28 hours per battery with the supplied charger.

Great light
Has a great amount of light output. Gets very warm quickly.

Off rock hunting
Can’t wait for spring to go rock hunting. Hubby checked my “home” rocks looking for yoopers but so far hasn’t found any.

Works well, But problems with flickering
Flashlight works well when it works, however they have a pretty common issue with them flickering or only working intermittently. To solve this remove the lens head and screw the driver board assembly in until its tight, then remove the tail cap and tighten the internals there with snap ring pliers or something that you can engage the two pin holes.

Works great for yooperlites
This flashlight did work for finding the glowing rocks.
