I bought them after some research and then did more research once they arrived and found out this product contains the two inferior types of magnesium. It is predominantly magnetism oxide which is only good for bowel movements, and doesn’t have the sleep/cognitive benefits because it has low bio availability. Worse, you can’t return this product even if unopened. The supplement market sucks and should be more transparent

when ordering some user said it was too big to swallow.I though some people say these things.So I ignored it and ordered these.Yes the tablets are too big.Why they do not make two small ones to take or make this easy to slide so you can swallow easily.
