Made for a great easy Halloween costume. The ears, horns, and rim of hat has wire so the thing looks exactly as picture (aka nothing flops). My head is average and it fit great, I think it would work for most people. If you have a smaller head it has an interior string which can be used to tighter the hat.

I like that the hat has a little bit of bend to it around the edges and the horns so you can mold it a little to the shape you want, it seems like it’s made well, not too thin or thick, and also came with a little cow scrunchie!!
