I have only taken this Niacin a few times, the first couple of times i took this it didn't work, no flush effect. Then I took it after a prolonged fast, and I got the flush, I felt a gentle tingle on my face, then the heat kicked in, my face was red. Small pills, very easy to swallow.Depending on whether you can take them on a full or empty stomach your skin will start flushing red.

Great product, have ordered several supplements from this company and they work as intended every time. Nice small capsules and can dose in 50mg increments. Packaging is good too and plan on ordering more from them!

Surprised as 500mg knocked me off my feet so thought I’d start at a lower 50mg starting block, thinking I’d get some kind of flush but two days in, no flush. I’m not sure now if it’s working but will keep trying. Might have to look at a higher dose.

These capsules are relatively small, making them very easy to swallow for those that struggle with bigger capsules/tablets. The packaging is decent, with a convenient pop-top lid. I can vouch that the ingredients are of good quality, as they made me flush on a low dose. Plenty in the pot too, making them good value for money. Would recommend if you are looking for simple flush niacin.

Did I say that loud enough! Also I'm not really sure these should be legal?!. Anyhoo I had a bad frontal lobe peri headache, took one with food, all was well, no flush. Next day, a bit mindlessly took one before food, food was a bit late, and then BAM holy Mary mother of jesus, I am vasodilating like a beetroot on acid. I reckon you might have seen from outer space. I was to scared to look in the mirror , cause I could feel my face expanding ffs.I also did a very big dump .It was actually a bit concerning, and as I was in full flush and googling how long flush would last, came across other great info about tounge and throat swelling. So I would say, do not take these lightly friends.

this works very well for a detox flush - you can vary the dose easily, gradually increasing as you tolerate moretake a few hundred mgs, waith 15minutes, then 15 mins gentle exercise to break a sweat - then have a hot bath or sauna 45mins + - and sweat out those toxins!

I used to buy nicotinic acid from H&B but they stopped selling it and replaced it with the non flushing nicotinamide. So for years I couldn't find any. I bough this and it does cause the flush, not every time though. I have been taking them for two weeks in the morning and twice I have had the flush effect. I know why. Both days I've skipped breakfast because I wasn't hungry. This form of B3 must enter the bloodstream faster on an empty stomach. When it first happened I was driving to the woods to go for a walk and my arms and ears started tingling. It had been so long since I felt the sensation that I thought something was wrong lol. Then my arms felt pleasantly warm and they went slightly red in places, it's a lovely feeling. It is what it says it is. Delivering more oxygen rich blood to your skin.
