They are expensive!

I have been buying these for the last few months and they are awesome, until this latest delivery. I ordered two of these and they were shipped from different places. Both bags of 3 have a expiry date of 7-2-2025, so they are fresh.If you have had these you know they are nice and rich tasting. These are so overcooked I thought I had gotten the wron order and thought they were a chip and not a salmon skin. They are very dry, super crispy and lack flavor. I first thought that all the fish oils must have leached out of the skins from being in am overheated truck, even though I had gotten warm boxes with these same chips in them during hotter months in the past. No, there was no excess oil in the bottom of the bag.When you are paying $20.00 plus for an 8 ounce bag, you expect a certain amount of consistency. While I will not return these, as I need something other than chips to snack on, I will hope these are a one off. I will return the next batch if they are as disappointing, and will then never purchase again.This is an expensive treat and should not have been shipped in this state; Very Disappointed.

That much one would spend on fresh quality salmon with skin, in the quantity sufficient to make the amount of the snack delivered: the snack is pure flavored skin, so where is the salmon :)? The taste is most delicious and the texture is ideal for a crunchy snack:very crispy, yet fragile enough for the cracking-it effort to be a symbolic effort only. "Addictive" it is. A must for keto people. Two complains about the ingredients:(1) oversalted (the taste is salt-balanced, but the sodium persantage is too high), and(2) maltodextrin is present, as well as unidentified "permitted colorants".The ingredient part of the label is not pictured in the product's description.When others ask for the list of ingredients, somebody answers: almost correctly , but skipping maltodextrin (as of the timing of this review).So almost healthy.

I enjoy the flavor, but instead of the three large resealable bags, this arrived as a bunch of snack size bags.
