The yellow bowl on the other hand came with a tiny small indent on the top (you wouldn't notice it unless you looked very closely at it. However they were perfectly fit for purpose and as they are each individually hand made - and for the price it's very well done and sturdy.CommunicationsWe got in touch with vivipet via facebook regarding our issues with the scratch and indent and they replied promptly and offered a small discount for the imperfections. Top notch customer service.UseAs you can see in the video our kitties had no problem adjusting and using the bowl straight away, I mean i'm not sure if it matters what bowl we use to be honest.Now for the reason we purchased the bowl was so that they don't have to bend their necks down too much to eat from the normal ground bowls as this supposedly is better for their necks and helps with digestion.I honestly cannot tell if it helps with digestion but from my video you will see that our largest cat at 6 months right now have a much better posture and not straining and bending his neck whilst sitting to eat.This for us was an excellent purchase. It does what is described and is good quality for the price but best of all it looks the best for us when compared to other alternatives.
