it's exactly what's advertised

These are very nice for the reasonable price asked for 4. The are stainless steel but aren't as heavy as I had pictured. By no means are they not heavy enough for the intended purpose though. They are the most commonly used depth of ring molds for plating. The pressers are okay as well. These are just the right size for gourmet portion serving sizes. They are very easy to clean although the edges aren't dull so care should be taken if not placing in dishwasher. I would advise getting a taller set to use for larger servings if desired. These are perfect as a starter set for someone building their kitchen tools for entertainment cooking and dinner parties that are a bit more formal. Definitely would buy these again if needed.

I used these on Thanksgiving to create no bake cheesecake stacks and the finished product looked fantastic. Definitely takes your culinary creations to the next level.
