Kenmore591006123 Vacuum Hose Assembly Genuine Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) part

This was a different color from the original and does not have the bend at the beginning of the attachment but it fits well, swivels nicely, and I think the straight attachment will not break like the original with the bend. It has all of the functions and buttons that the original had.

Works great -- just like the last one that died. I added zip ties to the hose at the handle to hopefully prevent the disconnection of wires that happened to the last one.

So the color doesn’t match, but I don’t care. I didn’t want to toss a $400 vacuum because I broke the hose trying to unclog it. It fit the model perfectly.

Despite using the vacuum infrequently and handling it with great care, the hose assembly broke within just two months. This is incredibly disappointing, especially for a part that is marketed as an OEM product.The quality of this hose assembly does not align with the durability one would expect from a genuine OEM part. Given the minimal usage and the cautious manner in which we operate our vacuum, the premature breakage suggests that this product is either poorly manufactured or not an authentic OEM part. I would strongly advise potential buyers to consider alternative options, as this product has proven to be a waste of money and effort.

Needed a new hose attachment as wired connection were shot in old hose. Just plugged it in and works like a charm. Also crazy fast delivery!

Replace with this part or trash the entire vacuum cleaner

I got a vacuum cleaner hose for my Kenmore canister vacuum that I couldn't find anywhere else. It arrived in a box labeled with some other product so I didn't open it. I called and left a message with their customer service. They returned my call within a half hour! Told me that they frequently use other boxes to mail their products. So I opened it and sure enough, there was my hose. It's a great hose, too. Snapped right in to my vacuum and works perfectly. I will be buying from this company in the future. I definitely recommend them and the vacuum hose I purchased.

I really liked how easy to install this piece was.Instead of having to re-clamp all the wires from the hose into the hose socket on the cannister, I could just pop out the whole hose and it's collar and snap this one in it's place. I didn't have to take apart the handle, either - it fits onto the carpet sweeper pipe like the original.No wiring, no worries. That's an easy fix.
