Just getting into the journey of vegan diet. I make my own tofu but was looking for something with a different texture. When I saw the tofu stick, I was will to try it and it did not disappoint me. Tastewise, it depends on individual cooking and taste but overall, hmn hmn good!

I was expecting yuba, but this is not that and I gave it away.

These beancurd sticks arrived only partially dried. I don't know if it is a choice or a mistake. I have beancurd sticks from another producer and those are always completely dried. There was no mold on my sticks but I am thinking that this is the reason that some reviewers are saying that the product arrives moldy.Other than the issue with the dryness, the product is good. It has a nice flavor and texture.

It is pricy. The quality is okey.

I cut this up and add to instant Miso soup with mushrooms and green onion. So good!

There is a no return policy on this item but two out of the three packages i ordered were ROTTEN. Absolutely disgusting. WASTE OF MONEY. I don’t understand, do these products not get checked before they get sent out to a customer. Literally rotten with mold growing in the package.There is only one package that is not rotten but I am disgusted to eat it either way.

Product as described. Very well sealed package as well.

I didn’t have any mold, there was salt on the surface, the structure was not uniform, some had become sour, and some remained stoney. But overall, not the worst product
