Convenience of a powder
This product is for my adult daughter who does not swallow pills or capsules. This is the perfect way to give her the calcium and vitamin D that she needs. I mix it in yogurt and she's ready to go. Great product.

Calcium/mag supplement
I started adding this to my routine daily. I will say that it has a bit of an aftertaste to it so I prefer to mix into my juice. I am sure that after a faithful month or more, I may feel the benefits as I am not noticing any benefits immediately as yet.
