I just started taking this about 3 weeks ago and I already feel the difference in my energy level. Powder is white, looks pure, no smell and very little taste.

As always BulkSupplements provided highest quality product. I bought from them Inositol and Choline L- Bitartrate and taking both in following dosage: 2 times per day mixing in water 3/4 tsp of Inositol and 1/16 tsp of Choline L-Bitartrate. They both will mix very well with water giving clear water with little sweet with slightly sower taste. Inositol gives sweetness and Choline L-Bitartrate gives that taste of lemonade.Today is 4 days since I started taking these with water two times per day. Do I see any changes? I can not expect too much so soon, but for sure Anxiety attacks and depression are not so bad anymore. Plus now I can sleep little better.I can’t speak about my PCOS and Rosacea, which is autoimmune disorder. I might update later after a month or so.I am giving it also to my 8 years old son, who has some Autistics symptoms. I am mixing for him dosage two times smaller than for myself. He became more calm and focused. Last two days he had no screaming episodes. Today he was able to follow all directions without any problems. I had to only repeat certain things three-four times for him and it didn’t cause any extra stress. Also so far we have four days in a row without bed-wetting. Didn’t expect this effect, but it makes us both much happier.For my oldest 16 years daughter I am giving the same dosage as for myself. She looks happier, reduced Anxiety and Depression. It seems that her period started with less pain than it used to. That’s all for now. Hopefully we will have more improvement soon.Would definitely recommend.

I've used Choline off and on for years. I do a lot of mental work and I have learned that when the brain is taxed it needs extra nutrition just as the body requires more calories when doing heavy physical labor. I've found that choline is one of a number of substances that work wonderfully for this purpose. Not only does it help the mental machinery but I have gallbladder problems which I have been resolving by supplementing with choline. In fact there is some research that seems to support a choline deficiency as being the root cause of gallbladder issues.This Choline from Bulk Supplements is a quality supplement that works well. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I haven't experimented with it long enough yet. If you aren't a hardcore supplement taker you may want to put it in capsules. The taste when dissolved in water can be a little off-putting. I often put my supplements in my smoothie in the morning. Never even know they are there!Bottom line, like every other supplement I've tried from Bulk Supplements so far, good quality product at a good price.

IMO Bulk Supplements produces a high-quality product. I've used their products in the past and have been happy with their selection and price.

This product has great value for the amount that you get for the price, but unfortunately it makes my heart race and spikes my blood pressure for some reason. I've never reacted to Choline L-Bitartrate like this before, so needless to say I'm pretty confused. I know that I won't be purchasing this again.

I purchased this product as an addition with inositol as it help aid in absorption. Choline helps detox the liver. However, in conjunction with inositol, it helps with egg quality and weight loss. I’ve read many success stories about inositol and choline so I figured I would give it a try. However, I wanted the best quality and am glad I choosed this company as I am super happy with the price, quality and quantity. It is basically tasteless and can be mixed with any liquid of your choice. I have had no issues with digestion. I do drink plenty of water with it. I will continue to purchase both these products from this company as I’m trying to conceive.
