I tried a jaw trainer face exerciser out of curiosity, and I was surprised by how effective it feels! It’s easy to use, and after a few weeks, I noticed my jawline looking a bit more defined. It’s great for toning, but you have to be consistent to see results. Definitely worth trying if you’re looking to strengthen your facial muscles!

I can see why it could be a good way of exercising your jaw however, I am not sure biting down so hard on my teeth to squash it down is necessarily good for my teeth. I have only used it a couple of times.

These are great to exercise the jaw muscles slowly I use them once a day and it's really good I find they there even great for stress I am delighted I bought them

I used these a handful of times. They caused one of my lower front teeth to crack which led to it chipping off and an expensive visit to the dentist. One of my teeth has now moved causing my lower front teeth to be displaced.If I’d have known this would happen I would never had bought them. Absolutely gutted 🙈 buy with caution…

You may have seen a lot of hype about jawline exercisers but the only real way to see if they are any good is by trying one. After using it for just a few minutes a day, I've noticed the effects. They are reputed to tighten facial muscles, reduce double chins and improve blood circulation. Obviously these effects vary from person to person so if you try one, start slowly and only increase to the higher resistance once you feel comfortable.

As a new user for jawline exercisers it is a little too early for me to judge the actual effectiveness on my faceshape, so I'll focus my review on the product itself. It seems like an unusual product at first and there were some very self-conscious moments when using it initially but it's easy to get into the swing of. There are some softer clear/milky insert strips that help conform to your teeth when first using but I did find that these popped out occasionally, and I presume this is why the silicone ball comes with a neck string - to stop you accidentally swallowing it. I didn't really find that this was an issue anyway because the channels alone seemed to do a good job and keeping the device in situ even when they weren't formed around the teeth. It's super helpful to have three different densities of silicone/chew strengths because the price is about the same as versions with only 1 strength and at least with multiple to chose from I can keep working up the strength ladder.

This is a pack of 3 jaw trainers, one in 30lb, 40lbs and 50lbs. They are used for facial exercise to tone the chin, and hopefully reduce a double chin and exercise the facial muscles.They arrive separately in little cardboard boxes and need placing in boiling water to sanitise them prior to using. They also come with a little plastic clear box to store them in. Easy to use and well made. I have been using them for a few weeks now and I think that I can see some improvement, but it will probably take a little bit longer. Very pleased though so far.
