I purchased these knives on November 25, 2015. To my surprise they came very quickly, in time for use before Christmas banquets and parties. I have watched many videos online about veggie and fruit carving and wanted to give it a try. Many of the videos use this same knife set. I purchased it to try fruit and veggie carving and when you use the right tools you get exceptional results. They are well made and very sharp.

Excellent knives! They shipped quickly and I've already made a few carvings for a few company events. Knives are well made and sharp enough for delicate carving.

I’m learning to carve soap n purchased these for my first carvings. Easy to hold and work wonderful.

They stay relatively sharp although I set the smallest on on a marble counter top and the blade snapped right in half. So a bit unimpressed with the durability but you get what you pay for I suppose.
