Light weight, adjustable handle. Great for seniors. Ring to hang handle broken but I am not returning it. Cleaned my kitchen floor quickly and did a good job.

Home use on hard wood floors..

... the length of the stem is exactly comparable to other brands (as in it is very close to the ground) ...... the "flex"-able system is flabby and worthless.... It might be good for dusting beneath your bed ...

This is a pretty nice mop. Personally, I do not use it on my tile floors as those I really need something that feels like it is scrubbing. And I also want something that I can easily rinse, wring, and continue mopping with for the tile floors as they are in high traffic areas. BUT this is PERFECT for my hardwood floors. Especially as I use a squirt and mop product for my wood floors so the mop never gets drenched or too wet or anything. Plus, I buff, buff, buff with what is on the mop. So again – perfect for my wood floors – especially as I can mop under the couch and do not have to move my coffee table and couch to do so anymore.The mop is sturdy and the telescope function works well and remains sturdy when extended. The flexible part is good for getting under stuff but it is a bit unstable using it if you are doing it just for the height. I am tall and this mop – without the flexible extension is plenty long enough and very easy for me to handle. I do not even bend over like I have to with regular sized mops that to me are too short. I really like it. This is a really innovative mop, an excellent choice if you need to clean under heavy furniture. The Fayina has some very interesting qualities, some I’ve seen in other mops, while one is unique to this one. Many do have telescopic poles, as does this one, but I’ve never seen a flexible, extendable handle. The flexible arm came out at the touch of a button and a single pull. I didn’t have to struggle to get the piece to expand.This flexible arm adds an additional 20” to the reach of the mop. I could bend it without breakage when I wanted to get under the fridge. This would work wonders for those who do want to get under couches (I don’t own one) or under beds. Mind you, it doesn’t flex easily, but I don’t want that as I want control of the mop. The reusable microfiber pad can be used either wet or dry. It certainly picked up a surprising amount of dirt since I washed my floor this morning.The pad is machine washable (no fabric softener, please!), something that’s important. Purchasing a mop like this can be a one-time purchase and is eco-friendly because no disposable replacement pads are necessary. What I really like is the fact that the mop head is wide. I can cover a lot of area in one swipe. The pad fits perfectly and is nice and wide. The mop pad is a full 5” (W) x 18-1/4/4” (L).The materials used are high-quality. The poles are a heavy stainless and the flexible arm is some sort of impact-resistant plastic. The top of the mop, however, isn’t impact-resistant, breaking during shipment. The mop was tossed into a box without any packing materials. The broken part makes the mop useless until I duct tape it up as it’s quite sharp. The quality of the mop is very high, however, the design should include adding a bit of bubble wrap around the fragile mop head. I’m only going to deduct a single star for an issue that can easily be corrected.

The red ring doesn't always release the flex-arm, and getting it to flex takes some extra strength. Also, retracting it isn't easy either. I can reach under the bed just as far using a straight handled mop. I still prefer my Swiffer over this mop by Fayina.

This product IS worth the money for us. We have mostly ALL hardwood floors, and kids that are forever dropping sticky stuff all over them and making piggy messes, so this mop truly has been put to the test, and then some! Mr. Mop is still very much alive, I’m happy to say!My husband mops more than I do, and he loves the squirt function, and the fact that it elongates to fit under the tightest and deepest of places, leaving no stone unturned. You can tell right off the bat that this isn’t your cheap, low quality mop. This is a high quality, price-worthy product.It does bend and get into most every little nook and cranny, which is a nice plus against the competition. We find it easy to clean, and we store it easily in the basement corner. It’s pretty light-weight and easy to use for both males and females.I have no issues with this product, nor does my husband have anything negative to add to this product review, so that leaves me with the ability to rate this product a perfect 5 stars!Yes, I would recommend this mop to others, and if you have kids and hardwood floors, don’t walk, just run to buy this. You can thank me later!
