I employ the medicated soap and afterward pure cocoa butter. The soap is so effective that it dries the infected areas of the skin and eliminates any itchiness in the skin.

Used this as a teen for light acne and. as a good antibacterial soap for cleaning my face and neck. I got this for my granddaughter when she started getting ache, told her to wash with it every morning and evening before bed. Now her face is acne free and clear and beautiful! My brother used it and that was how I learned about it. It really is a wonderful soap for acne and cleansing. The heavier, or more acne you have means it will take a bit longer to clear. We love it.

A friend recommend some years ago for my teenage son and I bought him 6 pack and lasted him more than 3 years. He ask me to purchase again and my mom open the package and use the soap. She stated her face felt so good and different so she kept a bar for herself and my son hid the others 😂. He uses all kver his body including his face
