3 Pack Medium : Rhinomed Mute Nasal Dilator For Snoring Reduction, Medium (Pack of 3)

My ENT recommended this to me because I can rarely breathe due to my nostril passages being closed/slim. Those nose/tape strips dont work, and many times, I would have to use my thumb and index finger to widen my nostril openings.However, with these Mute devices, they now do that job. Since then, I now get about a 90-95% clear airway and breathing is easy now. It does work. There is a tiny amount of discomfort, but you get use to it.Things to keep in mind:1. The size you order makes a big difference. I took a chance at medium and it was perfect. I did not even have to adjust the size. Just shoved it in my nose, and moved/shifted it around to get a good fit. I am not even sure if I shove it too far deep inside my nose.2. Your nostrils will puff out a little when you insert these.3. No need to worry about them falling out or even swallowing them was sleeping. They stay tight inside your nose.4. This product does not permanently fix your breathing problem. It's just a temp fix to widen your nostril openings. If you have sinus issues such as internal inflamation..etc, this dialator really won't help. That's a medical condition that you need to address with a doctor. I only use this dialtor to widen my nostrils to breathe easier - mainly at night.Overall, a decent products that provides comfort to breathing better.11/29/23:Update: This product still works great. I am still using the same piece since day 1. The other two are still in the package. You can keep using the same one, whereas they don't really wear out. Just make sure to rinse them with water after each use. Sometime next year, I will throw out the current one I am using, and use a new one from the existing pak. No issues at all with this product.

Muy buen producto, lastima que vengan tan pocos en la caja, sirven muy bien y si entra mucho mas aire a la nariz, roncar es un problema muy complejo y no se soluciona solamente con una medida, pero sin duda este producto ayuda enormemente a respirar mejor y en algunos casos o noches si disminuye notablemente el ronquido cuando es causado por nariz tapada, tabique desviado o alergias. Recomendado la verdad.

Tried other nasal contraptions which were uncomfortable or fell out constantly. These are great. You need to make sure you get the right size though to fit snugly inside your nose. I can breathe so easily at night, improved my sleep a thousand fold.

None of the in-nose inserts are perfect, all are slightly uncomfortable. What I can tell after trying literally ALL of them is that Mute is the most comfortable.

I have nasal valve collapse and cannot get enough air without a nasal strip on or one of these dilators in. The strips definitely work way better for me but there are issues with wearing one all day long so I use the dilator during the day. It does help but again not as well as the strips. Also note that I myself have a sore inside my nose from the dilator and that it gets itchy and it takes a long while to forget it’s in there. I am not replacing it as often as manufacturer advises due to the expense and see no reason at all why they recommend such short usage time other than to grab more money for their customers.
