Decent and fairly priced tasty dates! Good to make it a part of your daily diet. Those with 'body heat' problems should have dates soaked in milk and/or mixed with ghee to neutralise the heat in the dates.

Not the same quality.
Reordered the old package but new packaging delivered.The dates inside were not the same quality as earlier.This time they were very small, dry and of different taste.Amazon must not allow mismatch between product related content on Amazon and product delivered.Did notv ask for return as had opened the pack.
