I was instantly disappointed with this mount and tried to leave a review. The first five times I tried, a few months apart, reviews were being blocked for this product, presumably due to lots of fake reviews being submitted. I've noticed that the number of reviews is now much lower, but I expect that lots of them are still fake.This thing is awful. Yes, I know how to use a level. There is no way to keep the TV straight at all in both the retracted and extended position because it twists badly as you bring it away from the wall. You can either have it straight when close to the wall or straight when extended, not both. I thought the point of these was to be able to change the viewing angle without having the TV go an inch or more out of level. There are so many good mounts out there -- why buy this flimsy Chinese one? I have a pretty light TV on it for the stated weight range, but it can't handle it at all without bending. Spend a little more and get a lot more.

Easy installation. I didn't quite understand how some reviewers thought the instructions were confusing, quite the opposite. Anyways, installation was a breeze taking about 1 to 1.5 hours in total. I purchased this mount to hang my 60" Samsung Plasma TV on the wall in my bedroom and it holds it with ease. Mount is definitely quality made and durable. I feel completely confident in its ability to hold my TV's weight (approx 60lbs). Will buy another if I ever need to. A+
