Excellent product. Really satisfied with this buy. I was not getting a foot pedal from the dealers properly. they offer one with plastic body and after every 6-7 months there was some connection issue and the buttons stopped working. But this i know will last long. It has really tough body so I doubt it will be mishandled anyway. So far really happy with it. Go for it if u really work long hours on foot pedal.

Received on time, sofar working well. Quality is good.

Doesn't connect to express scribe
Doesn't come wirh any instructions any drivers and despite the description saying it works with Express Scribe, after paying for a subscription with Express Scribe I find it doesn't work.....

Below par product
The pedals are quite loose compared to the better quality ones. Also, though the product is less than a year old the USB pin is now non-readable and hence nonfunctional. To make matters worse, the seller is not contactable so this cannot be fixed.
