The handle of the roaster has been banged so hard that it seems like it will break off if I try to straighten ...
Update: it’s almost a week now and the seller has so many rules and regulations regarding returns. It’s a real hassle unless you have all the time in the world so as to accommodate requests. My advice, though the product is good, might save you a world of trouble to order something else.I had ordered this sometime back and was really looking forward to receiving it. However, the piece came in damaged! The handle of the roaster has been banged so hard that it seems like it will break off if I try to straighten it. And along with that all the beautiful enamel coating has been damaged. Please help!
