Quality. Fit. Comfort.
Love the length of these down to the knee. Nothing more frustrating than thigh bulge out of shorts. Ordered a size down for more compression and they fit great and wear easily under clothes. Also very comfortable.

Great for upper thigh compression but has a strong smell
I really like that these shorts are tight but not so much that I’m uncomfortable when I wear them. I just started using them so not sure if they’re helping anything. However, the pair I received has a very strong odor. I’ve washed them but the smell has not come out at all. It’s very perfumey. The package I received was sealed, but I thought maybe someone returned them and their perfume is on them. But I’ve left them out in the open to air out and no help. So 4 stars for quality and comfort, but took 1 star off due to this smell.

Torn crotch
They replaced these for me twice but the crotch area tore each time after first use.

Comfortable
It looks small when I removed it from the plastic. But fits perfectly as soon as I wear it. Good buy!

Definitely works to reduce swelling of Lymphedema!
Fit is about what is expected, perhaps run a bit on the small-ish size (after all they're compression shorts). I'm on the upper end of M/L, and when I tried that size, it was a bit too snug. One size up did the trick. The material is top quality. My daughter wonders how I can even get them on, and they are a bit of work to get into, but once you get the hang of it, it goes easily enough. Instructions for getting into them are in the package.

Runs small. I wear large. Ordered m/l. Definitely should got xl. 5”3. 190 pounds. Better compression in legs than stomach area
