Probably the only tampon in a LONG time that works well for me! Can I speak to my folks with an obnoxious flow for a minute? You know who you are friends, and I know what it's like to buy period products that are not giving us the protection we desperately need! These tampons have changed my period game. I'm not saying they prevent every leak or completely stem the red tide, but they have helped reduce my embarrassing leaks. I feel a little more confident.I've tried cups, post pregnancy pads, incontinence underwear, and extra length/width "plus size" pads. I am a plus size person with a flow that leaves me afraid to leave the house for the first 4 days so I have to use a combo of tampon/pad for protection. I've yet to find a cup that stays put and I hate the feeling of wetness that pads can have (plus, there are NO menstrual pads that are big enough to cover me front to back). These tampons have made it so I don't have many serious leaks. If you are like me, please give them a try. They aren't the perfect solution but they are effective and pair well with a pad or incontinence underwear.Please take care, and I hope these can help someone else struggling with a period that doesn't play fair.

They hold everything without bulking up or shifting around like they’re lost. Even on my heaviest days (you know the ones), I get zero leaks, no awkward bloating-feeling, and no "what was that??" panic every time I stand up.

For a girl that is struggling with PCOS, Endometriosis and Adenomyosis. My life with periods have been thru hell and back and when it's that time of the month, I am going thru almost 4 of these boxes in just 1 week, but having a period for 4-5 weeks at a time. It's bad, I know. But these tampons have truly saved me from the constantly bleeding on myself. I don't know what it is, but the Tampax Pearls I don't feel when they are full, and I end up staining my drawers, but with these, I can feel when they are full and know when it's time to change so I don't ruin my clothing. Will always stick with Platex Sports! My favorite tampons! Also, they have a very smooth glide when putting them in, so no pain what so ever!

Mid-40s, flood gates open monthly, everything’s a bit loose down there. IYKYK I used cups for many years, but they no longer stay put correctly. These ultra tampons fit well and stay in place. Very absorbent, last about 3-4 hours on my heaviest days. I do wear a small pad for backup, but so far no issues with leakage.

These are best for those who struggle with heavy flow. The only place I can find to buy these in person is Wally World, so I’m grateful I can set them up on Subscribe & Save and just know that they’ll always be there.

This is generally my go-to brand of tampons and I usually get the super plus size. However, I saw that they now have this even larger size which is fantastic for someone with fibroids or who is a heavy bleeder. I was so excited until I saw them in person. They are not made the same as all the other sizes. They are huge but they don't have the shape and tapering that makes the other one so easy to get in comfortably. So, while these work great as far as absorbency, they are really uncomfortable to put in becauee of their width with no tapering and I would really like the company to make these the same shape as the super plus and all the other sizes of this particular tampon.
