Surprised at the value for the money, a rare instance these days!
Welp to start, this is my first time shooting / owning a bow. Ever. But being the research nerd I am, this bow looks to quite nicely outfitted and built for a RIDICULOUS bargain. The bow riser is definitely alloy, and limbs seem to be too (cold to the touch). The limb pockets and hardware are all aluminum, the cams are aluminum, and the string stop and slide are both aluminum. That’s crazy nice for sub $200…I truly could only imagine to upgrade the three pin sight to one with an aluminum housing and bracket, and maybe an aftermarket string retainer slide (whatever that thing is called).Warning! iIt comes out of the box with the draw weight set at 70lbs. Be prepared to struggle for the first few pulls if this is your first compound bow, but it becomes smoother the more you pull it. I’m using this bow for target use only, with no real desire to hunt, so I may give myself a little relief by dialing it back a little for shooting 100+ arrows in a session. It makes sense to have it cranked to send a handful of arrows while hunting to keep accuracy at distance up and thump power at impact. My foam block won’t notice.Lastly, this bow comes with an EPIC warranty of lifetime. *mind blown*. Obvi not the string and some other things considered consumables, but the major pieces of the bow are covered. I’ll say it again, I’m mind blown.I’ve handled a few more expensive bows at some of the sporting goods stores and outdoor outfitters, and I can’t say there is enough difference in those for me to justify double or triple the price tag.TLDR; don’t be afraid to spend the minuscule coin on this setup, especially as your first bow. As long as you don’t use the thing as a hammer, it’s built to last quite some time!

Works great
I am getting back into archery after 40 years . This is my first compound bow ,I was looking for something on the smaller side and this is great for me. Took it to be set for my needs and been shooting it since for practice and works great. Came with all the accessories shown in item descriptions. I so happy to be doing this sport again. My husband liked it so much we got him 1 too. You won't be disappointed with this item. Great for a beginner and once it's sighted in its very accurate. Add a few extra accessories of you liking and your set. Arrows are nice that come with this bow .

Missing parts
Was really looking forward to receiving this bow. Received the bow and it is missing the string stop, the hand sling, the description said it had 4 sights but has 3 amd is missing optical light for sight. Disappointing.

Really Good Deal
So I am completely new to the world of Compound bows with that said this seems like a pretty decent package for the price on a name brand bow. It does say Karnage however based on the info I was able to find this is the same as a Bear Vast bow just with their Karnage branding on it in case you are looking for reviews other than the two I found on the Karnage bow. Now the good is that it comes with all the accessories you would need to go out and start using it. The bad is it doesn’t come with the bow sight that it claims in the description, which states a Trophy Ridge 4 Pin Joker Sight (that model is illuminated), instead you get a Three Pin Trophy Ridge sight which doesn’t come in packaging or already attached to the bow you have to install it. The whisker biscuit does come attached along with the mount for the quiver and bow sight. You do have to install the stabilizer and wrist sling, those are easy and simple to do. Definitely would need to take this to a pro shop if you have one available nearby to tune it or if you are capable of doing this or for whoever you get this as a gift it seems simple, being new to this I’ll take it to my local pro shop until I am comfortable doing it myself. You do get arrows with field tips along with a pack of mechanical broadheads and a wrist release. Also the bow definitely seems light to me but then again I’m used to carrying a crossbow or a rifle when I hunt. As I get used to the bow and actually shoot it I’ll update my review further however for now this is an unboxing review. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because of the different sight listed otherwise if it were correct it would have gotten 5 stars.

Packaging
I'm new to Archery, the bow itself seems great. I wish bear had packaged the bow better, there are a few scratches on parts of my bow that could have been prevented with better packaging material. Sure it's only cosmetic, but when you open your brand new bow to find crappy bubble wrap, loose items, and a box that is falling apart (had to be taped together)... you wonder if you even have everything you're supposed to, then find the product less than perfect... is frustrating.

Returning
I didn't listen to the reviews. This bow isn't ambidextrous at all. If someone is shooting this left-handed "Please Show Me How"! Your right forearm is completely up against the buss cable and string. You'll be looking over using your non dominant eye(right) for the peep sight. Plus BearKarnage website doesn't list it as ambidextrous, so I have no clue where Amazon gets that from. If someone RH was playing I would tell you in a heartbeat to do it because it is well constructed below for the price. LH people stay away. You'll be buying to send it back.

Absolutely the best value bow out there
So let's just say this thing is absolutely ready to hunt. It's a bear bow also, which should be mentioned. You can not go wrong with this package, it's a great bow .
