A Fantastic Light/Laser Combo for the Ruger 5.7 (or any gun).
I purchased this as a gift for my son's Ruger 5.7x28. He already had a Vortex venom red-dot, but due to his astigmatism, he was having trouble acquiring the dot on target. He under-mounted this Kiarswe light-laser combo and love it so much, he removed the red-dot he had installed.Pros of this Light/Laser:Easy to install and adjust.Easy to sight in.Easy to actuate the features via the large, rubberized switch pads. The light or laser can be actuated from either side.Dual colors for the lasers. Red on left, green on right.Flashlight is very bright! Strobe effect is very disorienting.Easy to charge via usb cable without removing from the gun. Could charge it off a computer, car charger, etc.Areas for Improvement:Switching between steady light and the disorienting strobe effect is easy, but takes about two seconds. You have to hold down the light button to select steady light vs. strobe light. It would be better if you could actuate the steady-on light from the right side with your trigger finger, and actuate the strobe effect from the left side with your support hand. By having a dedicated switch for these two light options, the shooter could directly actuate either option without having to cycle through the alternative option the light offers.Additionally, it would be nice if you could actuate the laser via a "pulse option." Now, when you press the laser is steady on or steady off. That's nice for target shooting, however, for home defense, one might want to only actuate the laser before shooting so as to not give away a position. Conclusion:This thing is really nice and my son says he would recommend it to anyone. He will be buying more of these for his other guns because he has been so impressed with the one I gifted him. Aside from the obvious home defense scenarios where this thing would be so helpful, it is also a great tool while training. You can use it to draw and point without firing so that you can visualize your form and mechanics. That is a great benefit of this tool given that ammunition is so outrageous these days. Anyway, I could go on, but I think you get my point.Just buy it and try it...I think you'll be as pleasantly surprised as we were. Happy shooting! Have fun and stay safe!

Great VERSATILE Laser Light Combo - Better than my expensive 500 Lumen light!
I purchased this Laser Light for my FN509 and am pleasantly surprised it's better than what I expected. I recently purchased a much more expensive 500 Lumen light, that doesn't have a laser and is MUCH larger than the Kiarswe. I personally light this product better. It's much more compact and will fit almost any pistol equipped with a Pickney rail. The nice thing is that the mount is adjustable to fit wide or narrow rails; therefore, you have the option to interchange this light with multiple pistols. Adjustment of the red and green laser was simple. The light is very bright, and I LOVE the Strobe feature. Well worth the $$. I liked it so much that I bought another one.

Great Initial Impression - Easy to Adjust Lasers & Hookup to Picatinny Rail; Light/Strobe is Bright.
The media could not be loaded. So far, I've liked everything about the Kiarswe Shockproof Laser Light Combo, 500 Lumens Green Laser Light Combo with one minor exception. First, the Pros: 1) Compact and Solid Construction; 2) Red & Green Lasers Adjust Vertically and Windage independently; 3) Laser Adjustments are seamless with enclosed hex-key wrench; 4) Light is Bright; 5) Strobe Light is Effective; and 6) Easy to Mount to Picatinny Rail. The Cons: 1) Buttons were apparently wired in reverse - the Light buttons turn on the different Lasers and the Laser buttons control the Light; and 2) Instructions are simply too hard to read (Amazon should post for easy access). I've attached some pics taken after I adjusted the Lasers. The first few are at a target about 20 feet away - I decided this was a decent distance for setup. There is also a pic at 23 feet away where the Laser starts to move up slightly (as expected). Finally, there is a pic at 10 feet away where the Laser's start to drop below sights but still visible. I've also included a couple pics with Light on (constant) and then Light changed to Strobe mode (see video). I've mounted my Kiarswe Shockproof Laser Light Combo onto a new Glock 20 (10 mm) that I just purchased recently. Note: Because the Laser sits below the gun barrel and the Lasers are offset Horizontally (from center of barrel), there is a triangulation that you have to perform when adjusting Lasers - for me, 20 feet away seemed the most ideal and somewhat consistent with what I've read. Once you move off this target distance, the Lasers will move relative to the Point of Aim (PoA) so if you arbitrarily were to point the gun downrange to 50 feet or so, you'll end up seeing the Lasers about 3 inches above the PoA; you just need to be aware of this.

Great Item so far...
For the money great price. The 3 in 1 combo is great. Maybe later they can see what else they can pack into them. I have read views on the pro and cons of this device. Here what I have so far. I got two for my wife and me. Two were in the big box that came. I grabbed one and examined it. I hood it right up no problem. I adjusted the lasers to almost perfect without being a range to test them. I am totally happy with it.The other one looks great and turns on and installs great, but the adjustable left and right for the lasers did not work. I requested a return and I have already sent the defective one back. My wife will have it tomorrow maybe. If I really need it and it happened to have been defective I would be very upset. Anyway, I am hoping all the bad reviews do not come to light with either of my items. Not looking good about that so far, We will see what happens.I gave four stars because I understand sometimes things happen or could get broken, or not made write. The one that works fine is great so far and I really like it. I am still looking for a holster for a 9mm shield EZ with this 3 in 1 combo.
