Easy to assemble and install
I had a dual monitor arm before, which was very hard to assemble because basically I had to assemble both arms one by one. It was super complicated. I’ve got another job that sent me a new monitor so I had to purchase this new one. Initially I was hesitant because of my experience w the dual monitor arm from other brand.THIS one was sooooo easy to install. It came with those arms that were already perfectly ready to install so you would just have to install the main, middle body and put those arms. Easy breezy, and super sturdy!! It’s holding my 3 monitors like a magic. Very happy about this new arm and strongly recommend!

Not bad
So I received it today and assembled in a few hours. I noticed if you use ultrawide monitor smaller monitors is not actually compatible on sides, so you have to rotate them 90 degrees. Otherwise it looks ok, but not super compatible

Great for a quad monitor set up if that's what you're looking for.
I purchased this through Amazon and I am a satisfied customer of the product.Shipping – Fulfilled by Amazon, opted for the no-rush option for the credit. Took 8 days not including the day I ordered (technically 9?)Packaging – It came in a box within an Amazon box. The product box is well packed and solid.Inventory and unpacking – As with all purchases, I did an inventory and there are quite a bit of parts. There is a paper that lists the parts and installation instructions. All parts were there and the internal packaging was neatly laid out.Cable Management – Comes with cable hooks for the side arms and center mount.Tools – comes with allen wrenches. If you want to remove a linkage you will need additional tools. A large allen wrench and a wrench/socket (I believe its ¾” but I don’t exactly remember).Set-up – 2 24” center monitors, 1 (right, vertical) 27” monitor, 1 (left, vertical) 29” monitor.Installation – It was kind of a pain to install it because I don’t have clear access to the back side of the desk and there was a lot of realization (after the fact) going on so bear with me.First, I installed the center piece that mounts to the desk and secured it, installed the side mount bracket on the center piece then the center monitor sleeves. Installed the center monitors then realized that the side mounts need to be higher because of my intended use as vertical displays. Uninstalled the center monitors without removing the monitors off the sleeves, removed the side mount from center piece, installed center bottom monitor, installed side mount, and then installed the top monitor. Installed the right monitor then realized that there is a giant space in between the center and right monitor because the space behind the desk doesn’t allow for the arm to articulate back to compensate so I removed one (out of 3 = 2 linkages remaining) linkage on the right side so that the monitor sits without a gap between center and right but it’s a pretty tight fit and when viewing it from the right side of center, the right monitor blocks a sliver of the right side of the center monitors. I don’t have a problem with this if I am more or less positioned in front of the center monitor. Installed the left monitor then realized that I can add the arm that I removed from the right and install it on the left and I’ll be able to use the left monitor vertical or horizontal because the space in the left side has the corner (more space) that the arm can articulate back to. I unbolted the arm with the monitor on the mount and had to tap the bolt up and out while jiggling the linkage (remove the monitor and it will be easier, trust me). Once removed, installed the extra linkage then proceeded to install the linkage with monitor attached. It was very difficult and had to “screw” the bolt through the linkages until I was able to install the nut to tighten and secure the arm. Noticed a sag on the left side but it seems to be fine… until its not but for not, its fine. I am able to view the left side vertical or horizontal next to the center monitors or bring the left monitor in front of the center monitors if I wanted to since it is a 29”. Be conscious of the weight if you plan on doing this as adding a linkage to one side will cause it to sag and may not hold the weight if you’re careless or if you have a tube tv you’re trying to install on it. If I didn’t have cannons for biceps, I don’t know how I would have done it. I was sweating profusely.Once set up, its great! Getting there was the challenge but I am satisfied with the quality of the build.I did message the seller prior to purchasing and did not receive a response. I’m not sure if they just ignored it, deleted it, marked as “no need to respond” or what have you, but did not get a response, even after 1.5 months and to this day.Great product, not very great customer service/support.Hope this was helpful. Thanks for reading.
