You should get a saliva hormone test through a naturapathic doctor. If your estradiol is high, your testosterone is likely going to be high as well. There is some enzyme (that I can't remember the name of right now!) responsible for digesting both those hormones and fat. If you are overloading that enzyme with hormones (which would take priority) it does not digest the fat and the fat ends up on your face as sebum filled cysts.Take 1-2 before each meal. This is an amazing product. I was just evaluated by a health care professional; we sorted thru the many supplements I've been taking and got rid of those my body doesn't want. Out of the very many, this one survived the test. I'm very glad, because I've ordered it several times and thought it's been helping me, but it's been hard to be clear, as I have many symptoms and it's difficult to know what helps with what. I love them, just bought another bottle. I have severe acne and this has helped the redness and the breakouts go down. I started with 2 a day for one week, and have added more pill every week. I now take 5 a day, they are easy to swallow.

I would advise taking pantothenic acid, and any other b vitamin, along with, or as part of a b vitamin complex. pantothenic acid in high doses can help acne and some skin conditions, but high doses of pantothenic acid can interfere with protein digestion, and interfere with taurine's functions in the body. If you do decide to use this product, it would be best to limit it to once a week. 500mg is a large dose. I found I got indigestion when taking this product. It may also be worth looking into panthenine instead.

I use this to keep my anxiety under control. I take it at about lunch time and it works the best for me that way. Other brands do not compare to this brand. This has been a life saver for me when I need to relax or wind down a panic attack that I can feel building up.
